The structure of the program “A 3 tier process”

Pre Consultation Stage :

-You will have to fill “First Hand Information” sheet to help us figure out your existing health & nutrition parameters & your expectations from the program – An appointment schedule is generated for the duration of the program you choose based on your time & day preference

Consultation Stage

You start off with an half an hour first meeting (online/offline) where we work together discussing your preferences and requirements as per your body type/condition that is sustainable -Immediately after 2-3 days you will receive your diet plan (for first 10 days, all diet plans come in the interval of 10 days) for you to start following the healthy guidelines. Regular monitoring & weekly interactions through Phone/Whatsapp/SMS for all your queries sharing recipes you like.

Post Consultation Stage

Sharing your experience, feedbacks, success story & guiding you how to plan out your diet after you leave the program to help you stay fit & healthy for long
